What we stand for

What we stand for

We are an independent non-government organisation working in the UK and Pakistan for children and young people. Our services are intended to raise awareness of abuse, cruelty, sexual abuse and exploitation.

We stand for children and young people so that abuse is prevented and children and young people are safeguarded. We can work together in preventing abuse of all kinds - sexual, emotional, physical, psychological and racial. We aim to prevent abduction, homicide, rape, abuse, sexual abuse, torture, lynching, neglect, harm and sexual exploitation. We aim to empower children and young people to recognise signs of abuse and speak up, and train adults to respond appropriately.

We aim to achieve this through safeguarding children and young people from harm and maltreatment. For us “safeguarding” is promoting the welfare of children and young people through prevention. We aim to make Pakistan a safer country for children, young and vulnerable people so they grow up having inspiring memories.
